What the hell happened to Johnny Depp?

From hunk to chunk. If the Chicago Tribune is right, this is what Johnny’s looking like these days. Wow. Photoshop tom foolery? Preparing for the lead role in “The life and times of John Candy”? Too much foie gras and Sauterne? You tell me.

That pic has clearly been photoshopped. Johnny’s hot as usual.

Whatever numbnut wrote this article needs to do their homework. This is a photoshopped picture from YEARS ago that was used in part of a celebrity article about what stars would look like if they became overweight and wrinkled, et cetera. It’s called research. Your writers should do some once in a while.

Thanks for the feedback. Heather, you are absolutely correct. As were Martina and Satelle. It is not Johnny’s body, but it is his face. It was photoshopped and published on Planet Hiltron June 5th, 2007.

However, it was also published in the Chicago Tribune a few days ago on August 6th, 2008 – which is where yours truly (a.k.a. numbnuts) saw it and why I bothered to post it. The reason it caught my eye was because it was among the five most viewed and emailed photo on the Tribune site. All the other photos are of breaking news. Five days later Johnny is still in the top 5. That’s a lot of views. Anyhow, visit http://www.planethiltron.com or see my Aug 11, Planet Hiltron post for more funny celeb pics. – NR

Johnny Depp is a multi talented star. His impression to me is that he can do any task set before him. He not only accomplishes these tasks but masters them as well. I hope he continues to entertain us with his wide range of characters for many years to come.

He looked fat in the movie the Tourist. I was hardly able to recognize him. His face is clearly fat and the extra weight has taken away from the fine chiseled features he is known for. As a result, I hope the movie was touched up as well, as I would not like to see Johnny on the downhill.
